Been into HiFi for over 30 years. Have Grado (SR80) Headphones, SkullCandy (Hesh 2). I needed a small portable open ear headphone for less than $40. A set that let me hear the outside world. The answer for many years has been these Koss KSC 75s.
You can't beat the sound anywhere near the asking price of $19.99. They are smooth, good deep clean bass (but not as deep as sealed phones), not too bright. Just right tonal balance for any type of music.. They are comfy for two or more hours.
Trust me, buy em, and the extended warranty. The warranty I would buy with 'ANY' headphone set.
I have a Con not listed. As with any headphone with wires you can only accidentally pull on them so much before.... Get the warranty if you go to the gym with them.

A good value for the price. Large enough to produce good bass, and over the ear design elevates the medieval-torture-device aspect of most ear-buds.
